No the logical conclusion is you know very little about how computer systems work. It not only applies to this site but any site that allows someone to join with only one user id. This would even apply at the old bobbrinker.com message boards. All one would need to do is set up a new email account. Dija could set up joeblow@webtv.net. Then to be safe he could use the computer down at his library to register as a new user to insure that they aren't checking for duplicate ISP addresses. Of course some people have computers at home and another one at work. All one would need to get away with this is separate ISP addresses and a different email address.

I am disappointed that you were unable to figure out something this simple. As the Pig implies: "the answer can be easily deduced".
