Brazil could offer a deal to take the Israeli population there and settle them here. Jewish population worldwide has the money to help settle them here. All that technology and the top class firms they have plus agriculture in dry areas would be very useful here. The military skills and technology we could make use of it too! They would mingle go about their lives. They would sell the infrastructure there to oil countries (GCC and Iran) and bring all the money to invest in settling here.
