OK... that's a good point. Maybe the smartest thing is to focus on learning better how to tell one type of an animal from the other, and to spend more time fishing and/or drinking wine with one's friend.... g/ng. I am considering starting to use futes for longer term positions as well. What you may lose in beta, you can gain in using a little bit of leverage, and in the meantime do something very conservative with the money you would otherwise keep invested in the markets.
