''With regards to the issue of the abducted Israeli soldier, I have reiterated that there are ongoing efforts that lead us to believe in an imminent solution,'' Abbas said, speaking through a translator, after a meeting in Rome with Italian Premier Romano Prodi. Abbas was summing up his talks with Prodi, stood beside the Italian premier at a news conference at the premier's office.
