"But the Hez are probably losing 10 for every Israeli lost." I would buy the thrust of this piece if we could get credible info that the above is true. From what i am gathering from reports by CNN and FOX is that the casualties are pretty even on the ground. Until i see differently, i cant buy the writers conclusions in totality. There does seem to be some desparation in iran and hizbollahs call for ceasefire. I am looking for something dramatic from the IDF in the next few days--some type of breakout that completely stops supplies coming in from syria. Some type of end run around the current fighing that hizbolla is committed to.

Interesting that none of the usual suspects on this thread want to even comment on the possiblity of israel winning this and neutering hizbolla. The UN story is beginning to change too. Apparently one of the folks killed was canadian and he had just emailed home that he felt he was in danger because hizbolla fighters were in the compound and using the UN compound as a shield to fire rockets at Israel. Usual suspect here wont comment on that either.
