Other significant points

-- Stepped up OEM rollouts 2H'07, from Toyota, Nissan, Hyundai, including some Lexus standard equipment ('07 LS460 w/Nav).

-- Nissan EXCLUSIVITY to begin 2H'07, and nearer term rollouts of factory installs w/XM & Navtraffic equipped Infinitis.

-- Expects decrease in OEM take rate for Q3 only

-- Will change subscriber accounting for Nissan, Hyundai, and Toyota, so that subs are counted only when they become self-paying.
