Bush's "Roadmap To Peace" was a total failure, just a clever slogan like "Iraqi Freedom" or "Clear Skies Initiative" or "No Child Left Behind", but empty, without any effort included, without any walking to back up the talking. In general, Bushies don't back up their talk at all unless it's something like nthe Dubai Ports deal that puts billions into the pockets of one of their cronies.
