While you seem to posses superior knowledge about what neocons are saying, it does not comport with what I have observed them saying. Perhaps you are getting you information from sources that are misreporting. I have observed the formerly MSM doing that. "they would use WMDs regardless of the consequences." Some would. Assad to date has seen fit to withhold WMDs from those elements. Al Qaeda saved their resources until they could pull off a big one. The warning signs were ignored by Clinton and covered up by Jamie Gorelick. Iran has provided thousands of missiles to Hezbollah, and they stockpiled them until they had enough to start this war. Why would you expect them to be less tactical with WMDs? "As for what advantages would accrue to Hezbollah or Syria or Iran or whoever else by using WMDs, what makes you think they should care about any advantages?" For one, if leftwing extremists had their plausible deniability about Iraq's WMDs shredded how could they criticize the President for protecting America without everyone acknowledging them traitors? "Whatever happened to the neonuts' theory that those "fanatics" would use WMDs as soon as they get them?" It never existed.
