You know, I remember hearing Limpbaugh say on the radio in April 2003, when other countries offered to help rebuild Iraq, that the US should not allow any country that was not part of the invading coalition.

But that was then, when idiots like Limpbaugh thought they "owned" Iraq. This is now.
