"Protected class????" What do I have to go to the supreme court? Who makes protected classes? I can't be a scout leader? Can I be a Little league coach? Maybe if I was a GAY BLACK childless DEMOCRAT it would be OK?

Isn't this whole thing about some gay guy was denied being a Boy Scout leader and he sued? Did he have a child? Bet he did and bet it was with his ex-wife.

I checked and he was named James Dale born as James Dick, (changed his name after he realized he was gay) then Rutgers "changed him" from a scout to a gay-scout later in life to become due to the Supreme Court an ex-gay-scout. He had been gay all his life, born that way, and did not realize it until he got involved with "left-wing campus groups".

<Then he went to college at Rutgers, and it changed him. Dale, who had attended a military high school and voted for George Bush three months after his 18th birthday, got involved with left-wing campus groups, according to acquaintances. He became a vegetarian and wore combat boots. After he came out of the closet during his sophomore year, he was elected co-president of the campus gay group.>

He was a scout from the age of 10 onwards. I assume he was NOT MARRIED AND HAD NO CHILDREN, at least not most of the time anyway.
