DPII shareholders will own ~31% of INFI, it does
not appear that any significant adjustment will
be necessary one way or the other.

They have $80.8M cash, but

"We currently anticipate utilizing approximately $6.0 million to $8.0 million, in transaction related costs, to complete the Merger."

Anyway, they hit the window with ease, this whole process
seems to have been pretty methodical and precise.
