Bush's foreign policies have failed on every level; militarily, in terms of alliances, in terms of defeating terrorists, making potential enemies more dangerous, and in terms of coming through on a single one of the many big promises Bush-cheney made about Iraq. All a failure. Not a single success anywhere. Impossible to debate that fact. Then domestically, things are not much better. Starting with Bushies cheating to get into power in the first place.
