Terrorism is up worldwide by 400% since 9-11. Osama Bin Laden and his top people are still alive after 5 years. The entire Middle East is enflamed with anti-Americanism. Iraq is in shambles. I think 140 died there just today. It's a total disaster. Even Afghanistan (the one thing Bush started to do right) is now blacksliding into chaos.

And ask the people of London, Bali and Madrid if Bush has stopped Al Qaida attacks.
