What if I could prove to you that for each and every one of your most dearly held principles, the said embraced tenets of action would in fact lead to the precise opposite of the desired effect and an exacerbation of the present situation vis a vis society? I base this on the fact that an emotionally based seeming solution to a problem, or an artificially implemented social policy, must always runs counter to the natural order that is ordinarily arrived at by un-interfered-with interaction, and any policy that has not been tested by a proven system of analysis or practical means, cannot be said to have anything but a prejudicial basis, and thus must create an anomalous and undesired result.

BTW, raising taxes will not balance a budget. The act of raising taxes causes a depression in business which shrinks the money supply by a far greater percentage than the increase per cent of the tax raise. All cases of reduction in taxation have resulted in modern times by an increase in business, and resulting reduction in debt and deficit. Deficit financing does have the result of a government's printing more money to carry out their own business, resulting in huge increases in the money supply - thus inflation. This has the effect of increasing, for a brief period, business, but allows prices to spiral ahead of wages handily, resulting in a reduced standard of living and societal disorder. An example of this societal disorder is the break up of over 50% of all families, whose greatest named source of diffiuculties is financial.
