Evidence? ROTFLMAO! Come on Nadine. The history of pay incentives following our adventures in the ME is well known, as well as the various shortfalls in recruiting that happened. If I forget, all I need to remind myself is drive down Main street in my own little podunksville where I see the large banner on the Oregon National Guard Armory, for (variously) $10K-20K signup bonuses, which, LOL, is opposite the local High School, and thus may troll for the socially graduated who are still looking for jobs this summer, and who lack sufficient contemplative skills to put that staggering sum of quick cash into any context based on leaving the candy alone while getting a college degree now.
