Dija makes the wild claim

"If Hulbert is going to arbitrarily assign percentages,"

He did. He arbitrarily gave Brinker a chance to invest up to a third of his portfolio TWICE and only count the performance once.

He needs to give each advisor a chance to take a mulligan on the worst possible advice he has given for 1/3 of a portfolio.

It's total BS Dija, You know it, Math knows it, Brinker knows it and Hulbert knows it. Math is the only one listed that doesn't pretend its' not a fraud.

I'm just contending that it was a can of worms for Hulbert. If he started putting things into model portfolios that the newsletter writers didn't put in there, where would he draw the line?

Well then, if the man cannot figure out the true performance of all of Brinker's recommendations, the solution would be to leave him out of the rankings, since he "cannot figure it out"... Sorry, but a footnote just does not cut it, and looks very unprofessional.
