Stuck on Stupid I got the "Microeconomics" textbook by Greg Mankiw out of my local library last week and scanned it. Greg is the Harvard Prof I post here almost daily. The book is excellent, with an on-line study guide. The thing that struck me was how elementary it is. It assumes that you know know absolutely nothing about economics. And it is designed for Freshmen level Harvard students! Made me realize that our High Schools teach nothing on the subject. Or even worse, what is taught is in "Social Studies" books written by leftists and taught by leftist HS teachers.
