Heh! Heh! That's funny from someone who wouldn't know a fact if it hit him square between the eyes. Saddam was forbidden from obtaining ANY nuclear-weapons-usable material. Even so much as the attempt to acquire one gram of uranium would have been a violation of the cease fire agreement. Saddam unconditionally agreed to all of the terms of the agreement so there was ZERO wiggle room for him of "nuanced" libs like you. So what was your point anyway? Message 22357152
