In an effort to keep the board updated on what is happening with ATWT, from a long conversation with Mr. Wiley yesterday, I felt this was very important to share, and that we keep everything said on this board as honest and forthright as possible, letting ATWT move forward in business and PPS by and on its own merit. While asking questions, One...I did confirm Picks DID make a visit to the Company office, and everything Picks shared with us, was exactly what transpired with Mr. Wiley. Not that I had any doubt in Picks, but the subject came up, and a confirmation never hurts, so that the poster, (Picks) can be commended for his efforts in taking his time for all us. Thank you Picks. Previously, as was mentioned by myself and others in the past, as well as from a past P.R. about revenues being much better than all of last year, this still remains true, but has increased even much higher than previously expected. ATWT will have sold, and out the door 100,000 units by the end of this year. This is NOT counting what they have done in Revenue so far, and as we know, they have already beaten all of last years units sold. ATWT is looking at $3M to $5M in Revenues for the rest of the year, so approx. $4M to $6M in Revenue for 2006 and looking at tripling that for 2007. Mr. Wiley is currently working with several Senators on a 5 state project, with ATWT leading the way with their KiddieSystem products. ATWT has agreements with several Online sites. Mr. Wiley is adamant about these sites, as well as future agreements being of the highest quality and professionalism, and that they are established, well known Online retailers. Mr. Wiley is telling this to us now, because he wants all investors to know the full details. Starting next month in August, he will be taking the time through numerous P.R.'s and filings, to educate and inform investors to know excatly what is going on within the Company, along with numbers, names and details. Mr. Wiley is very aware of how we have felt about not knowing facts and information about the Company, and he is very passionate about keeping his investors informed in the future. Our next News is due out very soon, and pertaining to alotted companies ATWT is working with, that we knew little about. Also, where they stand at this point, in getting on the higher Pink exchange. The Audit and moving to the higher Pink status is moving much faster than expected, and he is very pleased in moving towards this very important milestone. He wants everyone to know this Company is for real, thus he will be releasing this as well as other pertinent information thru official filings. And as you already know, the INS P.R. is ready to be released, but will be P.R.'d within 7 to 9 days due to co-operative timelines. Selling of shares IS in fact OVER, and will be considered again, only if and when they need more money to ramp up another manufacturing plant, but not until the PPS reaches .03 to .05 or higher. He will also release all Revenue numbers within the next 2 months, which what I have already stated, should be very positive to say the least. Thank you Mr. Wiley for sharing this information with us, and caring enough about your shareholders to start communicating in more detail, and making us all successful as ATWT builds this ever so needed product line for our children, and our children's children.
