Lovely words, Chinu. Meanwhile the terrorists have learned that human shields are invincible, due to the weakness of the west, and are recruiting busily.

There are no easy answers here. Furthermore, what diplomats say often bears zero relation to the conclusions they actually take away. What really happened will be visible only in hindsight.
