Nikon, which did not recognize revenue on any 193-nm immersion steppers in the fiscal year ended in March, also did not record any immersion tools as sold in the June quarter.

ASML sold already 15 immersion tools.
Orders for another 10 tools are booked for delivery in the next two quarters.
ASML expects to sell 70 immersion tools next year.

That is not a good product mix. It's almost like ASML is selling every advanced machine hitting the market.
