AMD has actually performed quite well in Q2 in any relative sense with its 1 point gain in Revshare to 18.11% despite Otellini's promise (false once again!) to take back market share by implementing his P4 giveaway program. Just that WS seems to conveniently forget that AMD's Q2 performance is relative not absolute as it is INTC, the monopolist, that sets the pricing template. PS. Yet another quarter of customer erosion and gross margin falling like a rock at INTC. Financials at INTC worsened in Q2. Nothing, but nothing indicating that turnaround is imminent.
