I could agree with him less. Scangos is one of the best, put together visionary deals and exel has been as efficient a discovery group as any in biotech, filing 2-3 ind's per year. All internally discovered. Spinning the x-ceptor distress purchase into 3 whopper deals within 2 years was as value creating and impressive as it gets. The guy knows how to do deals, has a long term plan and has been executing, that's puts him in the top 1% of biotech ceo's. His 2500 share/week drip is annoying but in the grand scheme he's selling in a minimally disruptive to the stock.
