We had this discussion before. I was just trying to clarify that your position is not the position of the US Supreme Court or the vast majority of states and state supreme courts.

City governments may be a different matter. In the bluer states, the bigger cities are bluer than blue, and your position tends to prevail in places like San Francisco (as I already mentioned).

FYI, I don't have a dog in the fight, just find the passionate clashing of opinions on these issues bemusing from time to time.

If the Boy Scouts can exclude girls, and the Girl Scouts can exclude boys, then any other form of lawful discrimination doesn't punch my buttons at all.
