The best legal minds in the country are divided over the issue. There are great legal minds on both sides, as there are with most legal battles.

I am sure when the miscegenation cases were being fought there were great legal minds on both sides of THAT issue too.

There is a legal distinction you're failing to make between plain vanilla "discrimination" and "unlawful" discrimination.

Not all discrimination is unlawful, but it's still discrimination.
