Hotline On Call points us to TxtVoter an interesting voter registration drive program done entirely through text messaging. Just text the word "voter" to 75444 and then answer a series of questions.

"The program, which is intended to register younger voters, was done with grants from GWU’s Young Voter Strategies and the Pew Charitable Trust. Oh yeah, and it’s pretty much free."
