What complicates a proper solution is Russia's and China's not thinking that these weapons can ever be used against them. In fact, most of Europe feels the same way. I would think that Europe is going to be the next major Islamic target. The Islamic world is viewing America as having a strong leader, and is also viewing Israel as stronger than it was before. Europe is viewed, most certainly by the Islamists, as weak and quick to appease, or give into, the Islamic terrorists. Most of Europe would be an easy target for the Islamists.
