Pig, I happen to think that people have a right to defend themselves and other posters against accusations. Some of the posts of mine that you mentioned are clearly Brinker-related, and the rest are all directed toward defending against accusations of posters by other posters. The accusations are the cause of the off-topic posts, so let's go to the source, shall we? Both here and on Yahoo, Stockalot has been accusing Queen for at least a year now of being everyone under the sun. We can only guess at his motives, but it is a fact that she disagrees with him on most Brinker-related issues, and that she is intelligent and articulate about it. Now, you can talk about who "desires" to complain to management all you want, but the fact is that so far, the people who are getting banished are people who ever dare to defend Brinker, and most of the people who have been publicly posting bogus claims of TOU violations are people who seldom or never defend Brinker.
