By your post, it seems that you think that if we had done nothing in the ME at all, everything would be just hunkydory. If that's your attitude then you're deluding yourself. When terrorists (with money from Iran and intelligence from Syria), blew up our embassy in Beirut we did nothing....... That didn't stop the same terrorists from blowing up the Marine barracks a month or 2 later nor did doing nothing curb terrorism at all later on after we did NOTHING about the barracks bombing. Terrorists don't respect diplomacy, treaties, appeasements...etc. The only thing an Islamic fascist understands is the pointy end of a bullet.

So I predicted in 2000 that Iraq would eventually become a beacon of freedom. It is working towards that end. You enjoy ignoring the reality of the good that America has brought to Iraq and to the Arab peninsula. Freedom is a thing that all humans deserve regardless of liberals desire ot dismiss this basic human right.
