He didn't know that that's what called "cooking the numbers"? Its what he does to numbers all the time? He thought it was normal?

You can imagine whatever you want. It is a fact that 69% of the respondents stated they voted for loser Kerry. This is merely further proof of liberal media bias.

It is likely that the entire portion that declined to respond were too embarrassed they voted for Kerry or the Green party candidate. That would really sku the results.

You can spin the facts in any way that you need to if it makes you feel better.
