I love the afternoon storms. This July has been the summer weather that I actually like...tolerably cool mornings for walks, on the beach or around the neighborhood, heat building until about 3 or 4 pm then boom! Lightning, rain and then a much cooler evening. Rinse and repeat. Day after day. Low of 74, high of 92, chance of thunderstorms 60%. Makes for pretty, clear skies. MP

It went from about 89 to 70 in minutes during the storm.
My electric bill set a record. Ouch!
