I didn't make the connection between the shooting at the Seattle Jewish Community Federation and Israel/Lebanon until after I responded to steve. Apparently, the gunman was Muslim American......went into the Federation building; told them he was unhappy with the situation in the ME and opened fire. One person is dead and three others wounded. The gun man then called 911 and the police arrested him. Police have been dispatched thoughout the city and ordered to monitor the activities of any Jewish org. including synogogues. I believe the Jews celebrate sabbath on Saturday nite. I think its Muslims on Friday; Jews on Sat. and Christians on Sunday. However, the synogogues may have service tonite because of the shooting. Yesterday, the Seattle police sent out an alert to all Jewish org. to be on guard.....coincidence?
