It goes deeper. MUCH deeper. There is absolutely no way that QUALCOMM can manufacture a CDMA2000 chipset without potentially infringing Nokia IP that Nokia is already collecting royalties on from members of QUALCOMM's value chain -- despiteQUALCOMM's best desperate efforts to litigate against Nokia in an effort to stifle Nokia's licensing of their CDMA2000 portfolio, and this QUALCOMM action precedes Nokia and 5 others filing complaints with the ECCC.
