Wonder what would happen if the Feds cut off Federal funding for welfare for people who could be working at WalMart or other stores in Chicago?????

It makes no sense to me. How can people work if there is no work?

If WalMart and similar stores aren't built, how can people work?

The so called poor people and THEIR REPRESENTATIVES are ALWAYS bellyaching that the Government hasn't "created enough jobs for people"..... Yet, when private industry does it, the DEMS and Unions won't allow the business in town because they don't want union stores.... (and of course, most of us know the Government creates NADA, but that private industry DOES create jobs)
