Yes so sad ..."And, of course, it occurred to me at once that if George Bush and Condoleezza Rice and our own sad and diminished Prime Minister had demanded a ceasefire when the Lebanese first pleaded for it, this young woman would not have to spend the rest of her life pitted with these vile scars" But in the near future there are going to be some pretty scarred up Israelis around the world as well I would guess. Being Jewish Israel does NOT speak for me and I have renounced my automatic birthright to become a citizen of Israel. What is shocking is that Canadian Jews have the nerve to go into the streets and support this genocide and bring this battle to Canada. Must have taken a stupid pill or something.
