Who is on the losing side?? Well everyone except major NYSE member banks and the hedge funds that they use to pull off their schemes with the blessing of the Federal Reserve and the SEC. This is a long but great read. It is a letter to Congress dated this past May 06' from a former SEC investigator who was fired after getting too close to the 'boyz'network . It gives good insight to goings on of the hedge funds operated by the likes of GS and others.
