VERY well said! The guy is trying to expand his audience here. It is much easier to defend oneself here (since they can't make up so many fake names and I am allowed to post links to defend myself) so I won't be run off the forum I've been at since 1997 or 1998. The question is why? Before he found us at Suite101 then followed us here, he was being called names on USENET for defending Brinker. You'd think he'd be smart enough to figure out something is wrong with his methods or conclusions. It is fine to defend Brinker. Unlike some of his critics, I readily admit he has helped many people and if you did EXACTLY what he recommended for his model portfolios, despite newsletter after newsletter telling you to do something quite different, then you have done better than the market these past 10 years which is good.
