Good work. I looked but was unable to uncover anything that relevant. So we have a minor functionary of Foggy Bottom who worked his way up to Press Attache in a minor embassy who moved to Africa after someone dies and made him rich. It has been claimed that conservatives have a difficult time advancing in Foggy Bottom, because liberals hold the reins of power. We have likely liberal who left the country twenty years ago claiming to speak for the center of US politics. It is sad that there are so many people so easily fooled.
