right, i didn't say a thing about physical change to road , rather traffic direction changes. just think you can take those twists faster with worry of some nut in your lane coming around the next corner. ggg oh, another method change speed limits. boston has rotaries at intersections. i expect throw back to horse days. they cause numerous deaths. pretty much eliminated them all in the years since 60's. built overpass, or road ways with new traffic patterns or new road way. Jersey calls them circles.
