While revealing the crime plot and the role to the gorgeous but deadly chick of his next room, standing in the entrance he takes the rifle in the corner, plugs the barrel well into the soil of the large flower pot and then puts it back... he starts leaving and there she stands aiming the rifle at him and taking a shot... The rifle blows up in her face and dying she asks him: "How could you do it?" and Mike Hammer's classic reply "It..was...easy!".
