paarl99 - I imagine a big chunk of the problem is a recognition of the corruption problem that existed(exists?) down there, and trying to make sure the money gets where it needs to. Bureaucracies aren't very good at figuring stuff like that out. The church groups working down there can target much more effectively and quickly, and that's what has been happening.

What's the general consensus here on the ATi buyout? Good, bad or indifferent?
