As for Landis, he drops out of the race one day because he is exhausted and is flagging badly. The next day he is so reinvigorated that he makes up 7 1/2 minutes of the race on steep uphill terrain in the Alps to win first place. Until this time, he is never tested positive for testosterone. The testing was donen the next day just before the leg of the race where he made up 7 1/2 minutes but you are so sure of his innocence that you are not willing to wait for the second half of the test but instead, accuse the French of being jealous of Landis's naturally higher testosterone level.

Makes perfectly good sense........assuming you are someone who believes in GW Bush.
