"He could use that argument to justify never talking about the QQQ debacle on the radio. Have you decided that's OK?"

When have I said it was not OK? It seems you are making things up again.

Brinker has no obligation to answer questions on the radio about what he wants to keep secret in his newsletter. Of course, if people don't understand what he recommends and doesn't answer emails like I do when my subscribers have a question, then they probably won't renew.

Brinker DOES have an obligation to correctly report results that match what he told his subscribers. Lying by omission when he summarizes his past calls is something that should get him in trouble with the FTC for false advertising.

"What I had in mind were the STII posts that Stockalot has quoted. Brinker could use the argument you gave in your previous post to justify not mentioning the earlier buy at a higher price."

Really? I usually read Stockalot's posts when honey reposts them on her board. He has to repeat himself so often to that dija guy that I just don't have time to read anything but the highlights here. Honey does a great job. Why are you dragging me into this argument and why do you not complain that dija lies about my record? That dija character made it sound like I lost money in CACS AND covered it up from my subscribers, both of which are lies!!! I think it is a low blow to go after me and not him.

But.... When did Brinker advise his newsletter readers to buy STII, much less sell some for a profit? I'd swear you are starting to sound like that dija when it comes to making things up to save admitting you made an error.
