"THEY MEANT TO HIT DIFFERENT BUILDING" is not the same as "Israel said it had "mistakenly" destroyed a four-storey building" Israel said it was a mistake hitting that building because if they had known there were women and children in it they would have not risked hitting it and would have not fired. Israel has been holding fire on many targets knowing it would result in civilian casualties. So no, Israel was not targeting another building. Next.
