The last two 10-Q's do say Semco Manufacturing. Someone isnt keeping up. On January 15, 2006, the Company acquired all the stock of SEMCO Manufacturing (SEMCO), a Nevada business that manufactures and sells concrete coating products. The purchase price of $2,750,000 consisted of $650,000 in cash and $2,000,000 in performance payments plus Plasticon’s restricted common stock with a valuation of $100,000. The number of shares to be issued will be based on the market value of the shares at the date of issuance.
