Last I heard a few wks ago was that people had to individually
open parcels and verify each one and that it was slow going.

But perhaps a bigger question is do they have the facility restored
enough to ship zinc out ?? I heard that only a very small tonnage
was shipped from N.O. in recent wks. It contains most of the
stock but shipped a fraction of the metal.
