Either you are realy dim or trying to avoid aswering the question. What question? Whether the world stood and watched while the Nazis exterminated 6 million Jews (and some 7 million other victims)? What were we supposed to do? Wasn't waging total war and forcing unconditional surrender upon Germany sufficient? Put the blame where it belongs.. Upon the Nazis and the German people who elected them (and then permitted them to destroy their fledgling democracy). And put the blame upon the Lebanese people and government for supporting Hizbullah's efforts in waging their own war of extermination against Israel, pitiful though it might be at the moment. The Lebanese people have had a choice to demand that Hizbullah submit to the authority of the democratically elected Lebanese government. But they preferred to do nothing in hopes that the Israelis might accomplish the task for them.. But they didn't count on the consequences that might be delivered upon them as a result of their indifference and political negligence in securing complete sovereignty over their nation's borders. I understand there is pressure on you to cover up the massacre, but you can do a better job. What massacre? Massacres are deliberate events usually perpetrated DELIBERATELY against an unarmed group of people. Israel's actions, thus far, bear no resemblance to a massacre. Lebanon or be put at risk of being caught in the midst of the battle. Hell, they've spread leaflets, and even made phone calls to people living in S. Lebanon, urging them to leave. If anyone is responsible for massacres, it's Hizbullah who is DELIBERATELY AND INDISCRIMINANTLY TARGET CIVILIAN POPULATION CENTERS in Israel. They are certainly NOT targeting (given their lack of capability) strategic and legitimate military targets. And they are killing Arabs. 3 Israeli Arabs, including two young boys, were killed by Hizbullah Katyushas.. And what did Nasrallah have to say? Hizbullah Chief Hassan Nasrallah sent his condolences to the family of the two children killed on Wednesday by a Katyusha rocket in Nazareth. “I apologize to the family,” he told Al-Jazeera. “We consider them shahids for Palestine.” (Roee Nahmias) Now what a TELLING DIFFERENCE!! Hizbullah kills Arab children in Israel as a result of their DELIBERATE TERROR ATTACKS AGAINST CITY POPULATIONS, they are conveniently declared "martyrs" to Hizbullah's cause. But when Israel ACCIDENTALLY kills civilians, they launch investigations as to how the mistake occurred. But you know.. that's just the nature of war Sarman.. It's an ugly thing and people die, including civilians. But I believe, from what I've seen thus far, that the Israelis have gone far and above what has historically been required of a combatant in limiting the loss of life amongst civilians.
