It's supposed to simulate the real world except for dividends.

As long as the stock trades or is tradable at the end of the day. For instance, not if there is a trading halt if bad news came out.

After any unusual case, Elroy will rule or the board will comment and then Elroy will rule.

so of course RGR goes up 51 cents today, oh well at least I own it in the real world
