First let's be clear those are your words, not mine, nor are they my 'indication'. My premise referenced a broad category of brutal injustice that could not simply be dismissed by the waving of a white flag or peace symbol. Thieves are a subcategory and specific circumstance are a subcategory of that, which would of course require consideration of circumstance before determining any resolution. If a thief stole one of my winter coats when it was ten below zero out, I'd probably wish him well and if I could talk to him, I might even offer a warm place to stay during the cold spell. I have mixed feelings over the whole affair. The history is entangled to the point that I do not believe in a just and resolute outcome that is within control of human systems. Each time resolutions have been declared I have expressed my doubts... the road map to peace for example. That being the case, I find it difficult to establish fault with the positions of any geopolitical entity. The specific behavior of an individual or group is another matter. One more opportunity exploit a situation to engage in Bush bashing for example. The targeting of, or exploiting of, innocents in military conflict is also unacceptable.
