It would be cheaper to give them a region in the US or Canada, and pay for relocation of the religious sites/soil than what we are doing now.

It's too bad the World Court, or someone, cannot make Israel pay for the damage to property and life being done right now. I know they are getting hit with missiles back - but they are doing much more damage. Maybe the US would be sued also as the provider of the weapons? Our current world system doesn't work, and we veto any resolution against Israel, which makes the Islamic groups hate the US and Israel even more. I would like to see us evolve a neutral policy in the Middle East, without giving military or economic aid to either combatant. Also some sort of reward and penalty system - rewards for keeping the peace and not escalating, penalties for demolishing infrastructure and refusing to go along with a cease fire. They are probably always going to fight unless they do relocate, but we need a new way of dealing with the situation.
